The ‘Minis’ P.E. Program

The minis P.E. Program is designed specifically for children aged 4-6, focusing on developing a range of skills through engaging and age-appropriate activities. We emphasise gross motor, non-locomotor, and manipulative physical education skills, teaching children how to bounce, catch, follow instructions and enhance their spatial awareness. At the start of each session, we prioritise cues, direction, and balance to set a strong foundation for learning.

The program is both enjoyable and challenging, ensuring that children are excited and motivated.

Skills Based Drills

Each coach focuses on three-skills based drills that compliment each other, ensuring a well-rounded experience.

Islamic Storytime

We conclude the session with a cool-down group game and much anticipated story time, where children engage in lively discussion.

6-1 Ratio

Our sessions maintain a 6:1 student-to-coach ratio, allowing each child ample time with their coach and minimising wait times.

Social Skills

Our Minis program not only fosters physical development but also nurtures social and cognitive growth in a supportive and stimulating environment.
