Athletics carnival 2024
Training
We spent the first three weeks training for the carnival at Broncos basketball stadium we practiced hurdles shotput javelin and lots more.
Carnival Day
On October 29th we held the athletics carnival where kids from our pe program could participate in athletic events to win ribbons everyone had a blast.
Javilan
Javilan was also a fun but tricky sport that involved throwing a spear as far as possible.
Shotput
All the kids had lots of fun competing in shotput that involves throwing a weighted ball.
Sprints
Sprints where a massive hit as the kids were sorted by age and gender to race 100 meters.
