2023 Homeschool Makers Market

In December 2024 our first Makers Market was held. With 25 tables designed and run by homeschool children from our community plus arts and crafts and not to mention a BBQ, it was a truly memorable day.

The ‘Mini Muslim Maker’s’ Table

Sakinah, Yahya, Aayah and Ayshe joined forces selling pressed flower frames, homemade jewellery, sweets and some cold refreshments. The market was in December on one of the hottest days of summer and we were so proud of everyone turning up and making a great market despite the heat.

Ilyaas, Asma and Maymuna prepared delicious homemade goods including strawberry pastries, mars bar slice, chocolates and even homemade lemonade, DELICIOUS!
